Web Coder: Must be able to hand-code HTML, CSS, Frames. Must be able to read / modify / find appropriate Javascripts as needed to support project. Highly desirable: Flash and Action Script proficiency. At least 2 years production experience. Other desired skills: graphic design capabilities — you must be able to translate designer's concepts into a working web site.
Web Production Artist: Must enjoy crafting a superior web solution in a timely manner. Must take direction well and be a team player. Must be able to generate, slice, and optimize web graphics from designer's concept. Proficiency in a number of graphics programs desirable, including Fireworks, Image Ready, Photoshop, and Flash. Other desired skills: basic HTML understanding.
Web Graphic/Interface Designer: Must enjoy crafting a superior web solution in a timely manner. Must take direction well and be a team player. Must be able to generate original web site layout and design based on client directions/goals. Must have a firm grasp on intuitive and attractive interface design. Must be able to generate original concepts using graphics software including Fireworks, Image Ready, and Photoshop. Very desirable: Flash expertise. Other desired skills: basic HTML understanding — you must understand the coding ramifications of your designs.
